Transition Guidance
Whether you want to advance your military career or prepare for a future in the civilian marketplace, the right education can mean the difference between achieving or forfeiting your future goals. Without experienced assistance, the adjustment from a military lifestyle to the civilian community can be particularly challenging.
Retired military job opportunities do exist. Ultimate Medical Academy’s (UMA) Transition Assistance Program (TAP) and Army Civilian Alumni Program (ACAP) exist to ensure that you transition smoothly and successfully from military to civilian professions. There are many civilian job opportunities for military personnel, and our flexible online associate degree programs specifically address the growing needs of today's healthcare industry.
The potential of your post-military career is far greater than you may think. TAP and ACAP provide comprehensive workshops and professional guidance to military members and their families at select locations. These programs can lead to job opportunities for retired military, employment search opportunities, including important education and VA benefits information.
There are transition assistance programs, and there’s UMA. To explore eligibility and discuss your options, choose your degree and fill out the form or call 888-205-1001 to speak with a UMA Admissions Advisor.
